Has any 3 mobile phone network PAYG customers had any unauthorised deductions taken by 3 from their credit balance even though not used the phone?.

    Check you don't have mobile data on by accident, it gets renabled if you receive a major Android update for example.
    You don't need to "use" the phone physically to use data.
