I am not aware the National Trust engage PPCs in their car parks they own and opeate. A reference was made to Crickley Hill by a Poster on this thread. It is my understanding that some of the land there is part owned by the National Trust. I think it might be worth checking if the land where the Car Park is situated is owned by someone else. I believe it is . If this is the case then it may be that the PPC may need to seek agreement to pursue the debt as per the BPA code of practise, which I believe the PPC for that site is a member.0

The forum does not allow Word documents to be uploaded. You could try copying the Word document into Word Pad and then from there into a comments box as plain text. Also try a pdf1
