5/25 and day 45. Don't know how I've got here been thinking about doing coke. Been really tired and not been working on the counselling had some really bad cravings for it and wondering if it would help - know it wouldn't. Didn't get to the point of anything more than thinking about it and fleeting thoughts about if I could get my GP to prescribe me Ritalin for focus - idea it would keep me off the other stuff. 100% stupid.
