20/20 for me today please ... I rather overdid it yesterday (boo).
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Again, posting for accountability over my planned Christmas drinking days. Half a bottle of wine with dinner, 5 units. I have drunk a total of 18 units over the Christmas weekend which sounds high as the recommended limit is 14 for the week. However, it is far far lower than used to be the case.
I'm back on the wagon for a few days now but haven't decided whether to have a drink on NYE yet. It will be the first time I've been out out to a NYE party since 2019.
  • Well done on your accountability posting @marahouti - looking forward to hearing how the new year plans unfold.

@cathybird for now I am going to set a 2023 goal of 122 AF days once again. But this year, I want it to be much easier to achieve. In 2023, AF becomes just a regular and satisfying part of life, not something that takes such time and energy to monitor.
