Posting for accountability. I have had one bottle of beer and a medium glass of wine, 5 units. I rather regret the beer because I found very little difference from the AF version I usually drink. Lesson learned.4

We had Aldi pizza tonight, a Saturday evening regular treat, but it was dis-gus-ting.
