Could just fancy a drink after a couple of very intense working days but not going to. Planned drink at the weekend, not sure how I feel about that now but if I get the anxiety again not going to bother.4 -

So 2/20 for today, Tuesday. I have given up on declaring early for a while as last few weeks I have been very tempted and succumbed about 1800, popping out to buy wine. However I'm far too lazy to go out now so can declare safely. Today I'm thinking maybe I should try an AF weekend but that may well change by the time Friday arrives.Sorry to hear about the dog Arkers, hope a new one turns up soon.4

Good morning everyone, committing early for 3/13 please Cathybird. I've now matched my dizzying achievement of 3 AFDs in March last year! A 2 week holiday and then drinking to blot out the scary new pandemic. Well that approach didn't work. A year later I'm heavier but trying to focus more consistently on my annual target all year. I really need to move more and eat less - all at once or one thing at a time?4
