  • 19/18 going early, going to have an alcohol free weekend. Got to lose some lbs this week or I'm going back on the pies, at least I was happy and over weight rather than miserable and over weight.

Hope you are on the mend soon, dustydigger.

Happy birthday sukeyboo, hope you have a great day. Could I also just recognise that on the quiet you have been regularly beating your monthly targets for a while now - you must be pleased with that?

    22/26 please cathybird, thank you.
Thanks for noticing @Season_of_Mist - I have been doing better than I was earlier in the year when I was just scraping in by the skin of my teeth. Speaking of teeth, I have a bit of a helping hand staying AF in the last month as I have taken the plunge and gone for invisible braces to correct my slightly wonky teeth. You can only drink water with them in and they need to stay in for around 22 hours a day 😱.

Congratulations @sunshine_raincloud at playing off the last of your debt - it is a lovely feeling 👏👏👏

Thanks again everyone for all the birthday wishes - I did have a lovely day 😀

    19/25 for me today please.

I have wonky teeth, even after wearing braces as a teenager. I'm off to the dentist on Tuesday and as I haven't been for years I'm dreading it. I do scrape the tarter from between my teeth, but too much coffee has left them rather discoloured so I hope they can be improved.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Good afternoon everyone.
Target day for me today, 25/25 please cathybird. Thank you. X
I'm carrying on until the end of the month though as a friend and I are doing No-vin-beer for Centrepoint. Assuming we both stay dry for November that will be £60 and six Christmas dinners 😊.

  • Day 20 / 18 for me, being a good boy and having ginger ale as even af beer is too calorific.

@Satchmo I hadn't been for 2 years after breaking a tooth in lockdown 1. They seem to have improved things as when they did the filling it didn't feel like half my face was dead after the injection. The cleaning was still like medieval torture and I'm still not using those little brushes.
Nothing to see here, move along.
