Sorry to not have posted . Had a orthopaedics appointment Sunday about my back. Arthritis in my back is making the bones in lumbar vertebrae overgrow,narrowing the space for spinal cord,which rubs against the bone. I was fine walking,bending backwards and forwards,standing on tiptoes,but walking on my heels was a killer,set off the pain,I nearly fell down. Have to have another scan.Lot of walking through hospital corridors and grounds,20 min wait for bus home didnt help either,so I've had a bad few days. My chest infection has now lasted a month too,so all is a bit dodgy on the health front,but I'm back on the computer,so thats good!

Glad to say I have stayed AF all through it.I had all my Xmas drinks for Xmas delivered,but was careful not to buy whiskey,only thing I drink,

I may have to be a little careful with the ice dancing because of my back when I reach 4 weeks,those jumps will be painful,but like Rob I am aiming for my gold star again this month

Hola mama,

I'm on antibiotics so no drinking here. I'm on an AI holiday for two weeks on Monday so keeping everything crossed I actually get there. I am making my apology early but I don't think I'll be getting any emojis for December!
