    Hi all, 9/27 (Ooh that's a third!). Lewes won 3-2 last night so celebrated with a bag of mini poppadoms. I'm a rebel when I'm roused.

    I'm struggling a bit today with back spasms, and I think it's because I strained my knee last week which probably means I'm not walking as normal for me. That means I'm craving chocolate so maybe I'll join @AllNightDiner in the cutting down sweeties club.
