Sorry you are struggling @alt80 is there any way you can help staff to make their homes more fuel efficient? Apparently the UK has some of Europe's worst insulated housing.

Stayed AF yesterday so 13/15 please for Wednesday. However I had intended to be AF Monday to Thursday and failed on Tuesday. So cross with myself, willpower of wet lettuce. Hello everyone, just catching up with this thread after returning from holiday.  @Wanna_Bee_Free I am very sorry to hear your tragic news.

I was right to set a very modest target this month but at least I am within sight of reaching it! 4/5 for me today please @cathybird. 

For September I would like to set a target of 13 AF days please.

Thanks very much Allnightdiner. Still on 5 here. 

It's quite a struggle to deal with things at the moment. In addition to the standard stuff like funeral arrangements my Dad is learning to use a walking frame and I have a stair lift company coming today. It looks as if I need to relocate from London and it's all pretty disturbing if I'm honest. I am hoping to add an AFD today and will report back to confirm or not. xx
