Spent a lovely sunny afternoon at DS's bbq yesterday where there was an abundance of AF drinks as he and his partner have gone dry for the past 40 days.

Hi all, 30/30 Woo! Slowly recovering from the week-end's late, late work. 

Nothing else to report really. No rock'n'roll today but Thursday...

23 please. September I am aiming for a full 30 days but please no formal target. It’s been a trying week, my mental health is in a very low place, just about getting through business and family commitments nothing else that is a battle enough. Nothing good news wise I know some of my tenants will really struggle with the recent hikes in energy prices. My old house is about as bad as if gets efficiency wise and the bill seems to be getting more ridiculous by the month.  Some staff similarly however we are seeing no more money just larger running costs rn ha. !!!!!! with my head a bit tbh.
