Same here! But there's just me and I can't see that changing.

Anyway thanks @alt, fighting  fit now   Right! 9/30 here and chasing the dog. 
Off to a rock festival soon, planned a pint there but that would break my (nearly) 500 days-in-a-row run (not abroad). Blast. Ah well, locally made pies it is!

4/15 please for Monday. Still struggling a bit as the idea of a cold (alcoholic) drink sitting outside in the garden sounds and feels so lovely. Of course if I could control my drinking more then an extra few days when the weather is lovely wouldn't really be a problem! Hope you can maintain your AF stance @alt80 tonight and enjoy the socialising too. Sounds like some of your hard won strategies are working and family meditation is a great idea.
