Satchmo, really pleased to hear your dog is ok.
Welcome back winebox. Lovely to see you back on the thread and now back to the old days with you and yellow monkey below me - missed ya! Look forward to your jokes again!
Declaring early for 3/10 please Cathybird.
Really interesting thoughts on how the targets themselves affect things. Being a long way off my annual target made me feel like a sulky child having a tantrum and want to leave, like a big part of me is trying to squirm out of the whole thing. Stcking with it and posting even when I fall below what I hoped is way better. Every time I've gone away and don't have the thread I miss it. Stickers for the win!

4/26 for me today please.
A melancholy day today, but one where happy memories are re-shared with remaining family, as it's the anniversary of my lovely sister's death 20 years ago.
Well done @maggiem on winning the mental struggle at 6pm, I can relate to that.
My doggie continues to improve, but she can't understand why she can't go for a walk. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?3 -
Good afternoon everyone.
Welcome winebox123, good to 'meet' you. I'm sure you know that you are in the right place. This thread and its community really works. I have gone from daily heavy drinking to very occasional moderate drinking. I too don't want to give up altogether.
Sorry this is a day of sad memories for you Satchmo. Glad your dog is improving and you are getting toned arms 😃. Be careful though, one of my neighbour's dogs was injured and had to be carried everywhere for a while then refused to walk once she was recovered 🤣.
4/25 for me today please cathybird. Thank you. X
