5 please. Today has definitely been a rougher day, stressful with things not really going to plan but I’ve dealt with the cravings in the right way and had a good session in the gym so a win there. Wife happy being back to killing, sorry, training me ha. Going to Greece at the end of the week, staff know what they are doing so I’m looking forward to having the break.

Not making a commitment to quitting drinking this time, I don’t buy the cant have a drink if you have an addiction to another substance stuff but nice to keep an eye on it, have some alcohol free days.

Had to go on a fire marshals course today which was ok as we got to let off a load of fire extinguishers which was sort of fun, especially the CO2 one. Anyway 25 for now as out for T tonight, not planning on drinking but y'never know.
