I'm out for this month as it's just not going to happen! 🤦‍♀️ However, my reduction in units continues (thank you for your kind words about that 😁) and my intention is to spend the rest of this week reducing them further by interspersing the wine and diet lemonade with bottles of water - hopefully that will lead me to alcohol free days at the beginning of next month 😁
