Hi everyone,  apologies for the absence,  I've been in the frozen north for the last week ( Newcastle) and it was cold, especially in the away end at St James's Park  
I drank more than I intended and have only notched up one more day since my last check in.

Going to make today 20 days this month. I’m 100% not giving in with this; know it’s better this way. @marahouti thank you, I don’t mean to come on here to be miserable but I think it’s important people know it’s not always going to be amazing but if you get through to the next day it’s at least an achievement of sorts will feel a lot worse if you’ve binned off the work put in for a couple of hours and back to day 0. 

@maman I am an idiot with work too tbh can’t leave it be, have capable staff who are generally brilliant but times my !!!!!! brain takes over and I decide I can’t leave until I’ve done x/y/z then I can’t leave until I’ve done the next thing and that might be the difference idk it’s dumb. I set the business up and had to work like that initially but don’t now.
