Good morning all,I haven’t checked in since January. Life has been difficult since then which has had a knock on affect on my drinking.I keep trying to get a handle on it but can’t. So I’ve been listening the The Naked Mind podcasts and reading back all the posts
Ive also signed up to the alcohol experiment and i aim to go 30 days. I’m not ready for AA yet. Plus I’m concerned someone might recognise me and it would be embarrassing.Please can I go TF? Hopefully I’ll be reporting back with Day 1 under my belt.Well done to all those people who are doing really well. Some good targets achieved this year already.Live for the moment and plan for the future5
