12/18 please. I know how you feel with the Covid, I spent a couple of days in bed with it, work can sod off.
Nothing to see here, move along.4 -
Just the reminder I needed, thanks CoveredInBees!3

19 please. My mental health is in the bin has been for months now but drinking and whatever isn’t going to help I know that much. Thought I’d say it because something I’ve come across in my recovery is people telling me it’s amazing, never look back, life so much more meaningful. I’ll be completely honest I get back from my office and I go to bed, stopped driving and got to the point unless it’s work I just don’t want to go out of the house anymore at all.3

Wanna_Bee_Free said:Welcome back Cuppa, good luck with your 30 day challenge. I've collected an AFD yesterday. 1/18 please Cathybird.
Had a lovely holiday, went to NYC. No hangovers, lots of food, wine and cocktails. Back home with a bump as first OH and now me have contracted Covid. I suppose it was inevitable at some point but we've been careful for 2 years. Feeling stressed yesterday about working, everyone seems to work through it from home these days so I'll be trying to do the same but felt so wiped out yesteday I did nothing all day.4 -

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. Back on the sober bus after my Easter break and glad to be here. 15/25 please cathybird. X
Four consecutive days of drinking has made me realise how easy it would be to slip back into drinking every day 😲. It's not going to happen but there is something very seductive about an early evening cocktail and a glass of wine with dinner.
"Get thee behind me Satan and take your bile with you!" To use a Rob image 🙂.
Seriously though, I will drink again when I feel the occasion merits it but I need to be very very careful. That woman who used to easily drink a bottle of wine or more (not just a cocktail or a glass) every single day is still there in the wings.4 -
