TGIF - definitely true that January is about 2000 days long - exaggerate moi? I don't like payday on a Monday and as it's February we have another Monday payday too.

I'm intending to have a drink tonight so nothing to declare today but can I have a target of 15 for February please Cathybird? Hope you are managing to get things sorted and seeing some sun too.
  • 10 again for me please @cathybird- not going to hit it this month after a rubbish couple of weeks but back on it from Monday! 😉

    28/31 for me today please.

:D to January being soooo long. Maybe it's 2022 days long?

Can I set a target of 24 for February please? I'm really hoping to reach 28 for Feb and 31 for March, but I'm giving myself some wriggle room.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I'm up to 23.  But now the hard part of the week!  Don't have much alcohol in the house and not intending to buy wine (which is my trigger), so hoping for a AF Friday (third in a row!).

Tomorrow, my sis-in-law is staying over.  She's not a big drinker, but has mentioned bringing vodka.  Part of me thinks that i've done really well in cutting down and even though I know I'm not a good moderator, if I only drink when there's a reason to like an event (not that my sis-in-law coming over is an "event" - getting vibes of me talking myself into a drink here!), then is it that wrong to have a drink tomorrow?

Go, Polly - you can do it!  Bees - keep on doing what you aren't (or similar)!

28/30 and it's cuddly penguin chicks day (not a common expression) and 299 in a row. Ooh. 300 tomorrow to state the obvious. Gold Star Day Monday, that's a first.

I tried some Aldi alc' free pilsner. Not great but OK, better than Heineken 0.0 which tastes like fizzy water that someone's waved a can of beer at. Pointless. I have some Sainte Ettienne (also from Aldi) to try later. I notice that alc'free gin is £20 a bottle.  Just...why bother?

Thanks for putting me on the February list @cathybird.

And thanks for looking after us, even from the other side (or should that be end?🤔) of the world. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
