21 days for me please, my DD went back to uni today so feeling a bit ☹️ I worked a nightshift last night so will be going for a very early bed tonight which is good otherwise I think a glass of wine or two would have been very tempting as feeling a bit sorry for myself today!

Oh dear. Another defeat for Bowers, Lewes drew 2-2 after being 2-0 up. Oh the days when I'd grab a beer... But no! Fear ye not! 22/30 today, at least that's a winner! Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!4

Haven’t posted in a week, but I’ve stuck to it! I’m now up to 18 and have completed my second weekend in a row with no alcohol. And I don’t have my girls this weekend, so thought I’d get bored and cave.
im super surprised at myself because I haven’t even found it that hard. Once I am past a certain point in the evening, I just go with it. And having no wine in the house definitely helps.
I’m fully expecting cravings to hit at some point and I’m still not sure where I am headed with my sobriety, but I just know that I’m not good at moderating. It will never be “just one” for me. I am going to stick with the manta, “I am not drinking… for now” and see where I get to.
If I drink, I’m not going to count it as a failure and think I am back to the beginning or Day 1 as it were. As long as the af days are increasing from what they were, that’s a win.
Hasn’t increased my productivity though. I thought I’d be up and raring to go today. I got my hair cut, did a spot of shopping and sat in the sofa the rest of the day. I was up and out of the house by 9.30am though, so I’ll take that as a win!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
