Currently in Darwin airport! Going through to Melbourne to see family & friends. My dad has recently gone into aged care and there's a lot to sort out. But also hoping to have a break. It's sunny and warm here so that's a start!

Target day so 13/13 for me. I had some booze last Thursday (OH wanted a pre-birthday outing) so made it to 12 yesterday instead.

Checking in for yesterday with 23/27, didn't have any AF drinks last night and definitely slept better for it so will limit those to the weekends I think.

Declaring early for today Tuesday so hurray happy elephant day for me, 14/15 please.  Very observant readers will gather despite declaring early on Sunday, I caved and opened a bottle of wine. Clearly at the moment I can't be trusted with wine in the house (I don't think I would have gone out to buy wine late on Sunday). Spirits etc aren't a problem. However not drinking in the week is much easier.

Stayed AF for the month so far, 25 please. Will be 3 months I’ve stayed off drinking by the end of this month.
