Good morning everyone. 15/31 for me today please Cathybird. I didn’t initially set a January target but I’ll aim for 23/31. This thread keeps me accountable which is great. Thanks everyone. 👏Pay ALL your debts by Xmas 2016 - No 30 £981.00/£3000:

I feel the same @Wanna_Bee_Free I used to feel twinges of ' advance disappointment' earlier in the day. That rarely happens Monday to Thursday these days. But if I plan to have an AF Friday, it nags at me during the day but once I get past wine o'clock I'm fine. I'm guessing it's about not having something to look forward to.🤔 And I definitely don't want to replace wine with mint choc ices! 😉🤣
13/10 AFDs please @cathybird4 -
Inspired particularly today by @wannabefree also @alt80 - plus all posting here - so I am declaring early for tonight @cathybird that is 8/11 for me. Thanks to all - it’s great to be part of this community.5

CCW007 said:@Dexsmummy You'd love it here - I collect for Olio and in three collections picked up 25, 28 and 7 packs and they never all get requested! Made homemade kebabs tonight and served them with little gem lettuce
17/27 for me please - declaring early. 15 days in a row, building a sober streak here!
Declaring early today as this evening is yet another night at work, 19 please cathybird, thank you x2 -

[Deleted User], bet they were popular! I got lots of nice bits yesterday (crumpets, croissants, bagels) which was great. Got a bonus one-off collection tomorrow morning and the great thing is with no hangover I can get up and get there for 7.00am!
I have found recently if I have AF cider my sleep is poor, my body battery (on smart watch) doesn't get up to 100% and I feel tired the next day. I'm guessing it's the sugar (150 calories a bottle) which also isn't great for my weight loss. I don't find the same with AF gin which is much lower calories (22 calories a measure). I find the AF options are really helpful for me to not feel like I'm missing out so I need to be mindful of this.3 -
13/14 please4
