Thank you! A year ago I'd never have though it possible I'd say 10/30 and 280 in a row (that's a lot of ducks)!
There are times I miss the actual flavour of a glass of wine or a cold beer but as I said before (sorry to be repetitive!) I don't want to go back to 0 in a row. I don't miss the effect at all. I tried cutting down but that wasn't successful - "last sweet in the bag" syndrome. And as has been said here (forget who) - having to go out in the cold and rain to buy a drink is a big disincentive. If it's cold in the fridge - too tempting. I haven't kept a supply of drinks in the house for years, always been a go-and-get-some-and-drink-it-now! Cold Turkey worked for me, this board has been a big motivator (Forget Paul McKenna when there's a comedy dancing elephant!). Have a good day all, back tomorrow!
