My cousin has just tested positive for Covid so her long planned 60th birthday celebration next Saturday has been cancelled ☹️. This has decided me, I am officially doing Dry January for Action Duchenne 😊. I am sponsoring myself and have managed to strong arm 💪 DH and DD into a small contribution. So would you mind changing my target to 30 please cathybird? I will do the full month but want my exceeds target emoji 😃. Thank you. X

Nearly gave in tonight BUT after some ‘told you you couldn’t do it’, looks from my partner I’ve settled for soda water and redcurrants. So CB 9/265 for me please.

Ugh, stressful day. So tempting to go and buy a bottle of wine and get a takeaway but OH and I supported each other and decided to stay AF and have the roast we had planned..

Long soak in the bath with candles, face mask and half a bottle of pink AF fizz instead.
