I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. X
My three days of Christmas drinking has finished. I had hoped to stay below 21 units but although it didn't feel excessive I drank more than that over the festive weekend 😊. I enjoyed it but I'm very glad it isn't my norm any more.

Hi everyone
It's been a while, but I am determined to re establish normality.
I have had more drinks than I would like but there you go, make God laugh, tell him your plans!

8/10 for me yesterday please. 

OH and I have even discussed not drinking on NYE which would be a first.  One year I was poorly with a cold so slept on the sofa until almost midnight when I woke up, had one glass of wine to see in the new year and went to bed - that is the closest I have come!
