Definitely Cuppa - I get many more hot flushes when I have had a few glasses of wine - unfortunately it hasn’t stopped me from partaking 😉CuppaTea said:Are there any ladies here of menopausal age who find alcohol affects your symptoms for the worse?I plan to cut back more in November to see if that helps me.
Declaring early for today on 1/10 please cathybird4 -
made 19 in October and well pleased to have made my Annual total with 2 months left to go. Might as well declare now for Monday 1/18
Nothing to see here, move along.4 -
Morning all and a crisp autumnal day it is - sun's singing, birds are a-shining.
Kicking off with 1/29 and 211 days since a drink! I had a bizarre dream though - you know sometimes you have a moment when you wake up and the dream seems real...Just for a moment I woke up and thought I couldn't drive as I'd had too much to drink last night - that was the bit I dreamt! Strange...Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!4 -
That’s interesting, thank you for sharing.sukeyboo said:

I've worked out that if I just meet my target for November and December then I'll have half a year AF. 😁
