Declaring for today, 31/30 please cathybird.
That makes another completely AF month, so far this year May, June, August, Sept and now Oct have all been AF months. In Jan, March & July I had alcohol on just one day each month.Usually by the time the clocks go back I loosen my AF goals a little bit and even in recent years when I’ve not been drinking at all over the summer, I have started again by this time of year. So it is pretty unusual to have a dry October, in fact I have thought back and I reckon the last time I went through October without drinking anything was all the way back in 1990, when I would have been too young. That’s not great whichever way I look at it 😕
Can I have a target of 29 for November please cathybird and thank you so much for keeping scores for us. Well done to everyone who has reached or got close to their targets this month.5 -
Hi everyone,
Happy startofbritishwintertime.
I have no plans to venture outside and I don't have any booze in the house so I am declaring for the month on 30/30.
Loops xI used to be broke now I'm just skint3 -
Likewise for me no wine and no plans to buy any. So I will declare 15/15. I was hoping for more so I will have to put more effort into November.Well done to everyone, some good scores coming in.I had an AF Saturday night, which is unusual for me but it was actually ok. I was motivated by the fact I have an unwell child so I wanted to be on the ball for them, especially if I was needed in the night. Fortunately I wasn’t. But it was great getting up this morning clear headed. Are there any ladies here of menopausal age who find alcohol affects your symptoms for the worse?I plan to cut back more in November to see if that helps me.Live for the moment and plan for the future3

I took advantage of driving last night to have an AF Saturday. I did fancy a nightcap but decided, like @RobM99, it was decidedly Brrr! So had a hot cuppa instead. ☕
Finishing the month on
18/10 AFDs please @cathybird5
