Stayed AF this evening as planned. Easier than yesterday although I felt like I was missing some false energy from alcohol tonight, felt really much more tired than usual. Maybe I'm just realising how I feel rather than blocking it out. Hoping for a good night's sleep tonight. Out for dinner tomorrow but hoping to stick to my AF plan anyway as I don't have much leeway.7
