Committing very early for this evening 3/15. Last night was plain sailing apart from late afternoon when I was struggling with work stuff and wanted to be able to look forward to wine in the evening. It's a reward. I deserve it, yadda yadda... Once that passed the rest of the evening was fine.7 -

@Wanna_Bee_Free describes some of my excuses for substance use over the years well done for resisting temptation. Or started like that for me and ended with ‘I need this to get through’ couldn’t tell you when it crossed from one to the other. Caught myself doing the former like you with drinking few days back I refuse to go there again. Somehow managed to escape a really unhealthy relationship with alcohol but realised it needs to be respected for the rest of my life or I think it could descend into what the other stuff did.6
