Morning everyone
I bagged another yesterday so now on 2/30. Skin clearing up and I'm starting to feel better about myself.
It's OH birthday today, he won't be drinking and neither will I.
Have a good Friday.
Loops xI used to be broke now I'm just skint4 -
Well done loops! Good luck for the rest of September. Welcome to Tarn2021
A friend came for dinner and was drinking with OH but I stuck to soft drinks and felt very virtuous. Back to it Monday if not sooner.

Good thinking Thrifty Lass, planning pays dividends. Well done Lupus Lou, success. Welcome Tarn2021.I'm having a planned drinking day today, that sounds awful as if I have 2 bottles of vodka lined up! I mean I intend to have a drink with lunch today, meal out. I am planning to be AF again on Monday. Enjoy the weekend everyone. TGIF.3

Welcome @Tarn2021. You've made a good decision.😊
That was a good plan @thriftylass but any idea why your DH is encouraging you to drink when you've told him otherwise? Was he happy with you drinking AF beer? Is it just a drinking partner he wants? 🤔 There should be a nosey emoji.😉
I'm going to have an AF Friday. I'm posting now before I change my mind. I need to cut back on some calories.
3/10 AFDs please Cathy5 -
Yes, he was fine with it. I think he just wants a drinking buddy or me not feeling "left out". Plus he sees it as giving me the option as he doesn't quite get that once it's in the house it's not an option, it will most likely get drunk.maman said:Welcome @Tarn2021. You've made a good decision.😊

3/10 AFDs please Cathyfinally tea total but in still in (more) debt (Oct 25 CC £1800, loan £6453, mortgage £59,924/158,000)4 -
2/25 for me for last night. That's a bonus as I had factored last night into my "allowed" days at a "thank you" dinner with a group who had done a great job of a particular project. Because I'd been feeling so poorly all day from my blood cancer (I'd even gone back to bed mid-morning), I didn't risk adding wine to the mix. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?4
