How you doing Manpants?  You’ve been quiet.

I’m really struggling this month, depression has totally taken over. It will pass, I’m trying to keep checking in though. I no I’ll be fine I just have to work through it and wait to come out the other side.

I can empathise lantanna - I am struggling this month too. Had some sad news about the loss of a friend this week which was completely unexpected and that, along with all the other issues that we are all having to deal with at the moment, has sent me on a bit of a downward spiral 😢.

I seem to have messed up AFD totals. It is 12/15 for today Saturday so no need to change my total Cathybird. I did have some wine last night but that's it for the weekend I think. Very grey dark and raining here today so good day to curl up with a book. Sorry to read of difficult times Lantanna and Sukeyboo - sending a virtual hug.
