I'm on 17/20 but didn't have the best weekend again, I got a 4 pack of beer for the weekend and drank it all on Friday night then had wine on Saturday when that had gone I drank what was left in a bottle of whiskey. I have decided not to buy any more spirits then I can't do it. I'm fairly annoyed with myself with my lack of self control.
Nothing to see here, move along.4 -
Last week was dire for me - felt really low and resorted to alcohol most days which helped at the time I was drinking it but made me feel even worse the next day so I drank again 😔.
I did managed 2 AFD’s and am declaring early for today so that takes me to 9/10 please cathybird4 -

I had the date wrong @cathybird, thought my sisters wedding anniversary was on 19th but its not its the 18th so I got all confused. I know I'm 3 days behind the date now 😊😋🙄🙄🙄cathybird said:I've put 19 on the list anyway, let me know if that's wrong!

It feels like I've not posted for ages but only had 1 extra planned drinking day on Thursday. We were out (or rather inside!) for lunch with friends. I was pleased that I just had drinks in the restaurant and didn't carry on when I got home. 😇
Well done everyone getting to target already, some really good scores. 😁 Sorry to hear you had a bad week sukey, but plenty of month left to put it right.
Fish for me today. My emoji and on tonight's menu. 😋
14/10 AFDs please Cathy.3 -

Declaring early for 11/13 today please Cathybird. The wine bells were tolling very loudly at the start of yesterday evening but I harumphed around the house, unable to settle to anything and waited them out. They lasted around 90 minutes, not the whole evening. I put a sticker every AF day onto a cheap calendar I bought at the start of the year and it's highlighted how my resolve dips as the week goes on. Especially Thursdays, I often weaken on a Thursday when I planned to be AF. I don't even have work colleagues suggesting we go for 'just the one' at the moment!
