I think I have the same or similar app. I am on 128 dry days for the year and have apparently saved 77000 calories 😲. Mind you I drank a LOT before I made some changes, I should probably tweak the baseline. What I don't understand is that I have gained quite a bit of weight 😕.

12/14 please for yesterday and I intend to remain AF today although that may be a struggle as I do really enjoy that end of the week drink. So hopefully 🤞 Nemo on Monday and achieving target by BH. 

Hope everyone has a good weekend and that we might get to see a little of that yellow stuff called sunshine.

My husband and I went to our local social club yesterday but I decided that really I would just as soon have an AF lager as the alcoholic version and I didn't fancy wine. Goodness how I've changed! It's only taken me until my sixties 😕
