I have received the above info back. This is what it says. Not same vehicle as now.

“I am unable to provide a copy of the original PCN as this is only retained for a period of 6 months from issue. I have attached a raw copy generated in the system, containing the relevant contravention information.

I have attached all data in regards to this case, but it remains outstanding, with the driver already having been identified as per the original appeal.

If you require anything else, please don’t hesitate to contact me further.”

What happens now?

We all know that Smart are aussie scammers and BPA scammers, do they really employ such idiots who thinks a "RAW" copy of a ticket that could be made up to suit ?

Come on Smart you really are idiots, the Scottish MP is probably looking at prison for you

When I got the SAR back.
copy of original appeal  Sent by an email from me to Smart Parking (webchallenge Smartparking.co.uk). 17 Jan 2018.
Then the charge was put on hold whilst getting looked into. 
Sent pictures of badge. That was in 2018. Then letter saying appeal was refused. I heard nothing else from smart parking until this year.
A letter saying we had not been in touch and that we were still due the fine.
They had been sending mail to my old address. As I had a redirection of mail for December, this was the first letter that we got from Debt Recovery Plus for £140 and that we could either pay the fine or set up a payment plan.
I then contacted this forum and was advised to let Smart Parking know my new address, and email Data Protection officer for a SAR.
The info they sent back,  a raw copy of the original invoice,  original email appeal and correspondence from 2018.
I just wanted to know what I do now?

If you have all the data back and they have erased your old address and input your current address , then apart from a landowner complaint and cancellation , you wait 5 years from the incident date for the statute to kick in for Scotland , or await a simple procedures claim via the sheriffs office 

If you have a live Court claim , you follow the simple procedures system for Scotland , where a law centre may assist ?

No, you will get all the help you need here, but you need to tidy up this thread to explain in one post, under your Perwinny username, what has happened and what you have done so far.
