No lasting harm was done. Take the £20 and buy something to make your grandaughter smile. Its done with. I have to be honest, in the past I always hoover and check over something like a new rug pretty thoroughly before I let a child play on it. I don't have young children anymore (older ones) but I do have dogs with paws. It shouldn't happen but it can. B&M aren't known for being expensive, I kind of almost expect something to go wrong due to a lack of quality inspections and cheap suppliers. One of the risks of buying cheap. I know goods are still expected to be to a certain standard, but this is real life lol.1
