If you have a TV available look at Raspberry PI 400.  Cheap as chips.  Ignore people forcing you to MS Windows, you only need a browser for Office365.
I just looked it up, this looks fantastic.

I've been using an RPi-400 for a few weeks now.  Works right out of the box (just need to enter wifi password) and comes complete with LibreOffice, which is MS-Office compatible.  I was dubious about its power, but it's perfectly good enough for web browsing, streaming YouTube videos and playing music from my NAS library (needs a separate bluetooth speaker).  It will even drive two screens if you have them to spare.  Not much local storage but plenty of USB ports for an external hard drive or memory stick.  I just use my existing NAS.
I wouldn't want to rely on it as the only computer in the house but as a second machine or something for the kids it's pretty much perfect and at only £93 it's a bargain.

Just a quick search came up with this however I haven't actually used the RPI 400.  I have an older model and no use for O365:
The kit is under £70 if you have a TV or monitor you can use with a HDMI connector.

Yes that looks like what you need.  The £70 option I mentioned above doesn't include the PSU and cable.
People buy Windows and then just use Chrome or Firefox browsers.  A waste of money plus the hassle of Windows being the most likely to be attacked by virus writers and hackers.  Windows costs the same as the PI!
