Excellent. Good to see MSE Towers reacting swiftly to trolls.

And yes, chances are the troll will be back.

wouldn't it be easier to just ask people proof of what they are claiming before help is given? ,see to many wind ups on here and people taking their time to help when no help is really needed
(i couldn't see how to add a poll for some reason)
As @colsten said "nobody on this forum could give meaningful 'advice' without knowing the full facts"

Only 2 people know the facts.
    Bank & Account holder.
Even if FULL facts were given (and that would be really stupid on a open forum) none of us here could say what would happen. As bank can simply say Good bye. If they want.

In defence , we do have a regular rejoiner under multiple user IDs who posts the same every time " help my account is frozen"

But there is zero anybody can do or advise you on here , it's totally in the hands of the bank and their fraud department. For whatever reasons the banks ( quite sophisticated) fraud detection software has red flagged the account. The banks , for obvious reasons, don't publish what criteria they use to identify fraudulent activity
And in my defence , that cretin ain’t me. so stop trying to blame NEW fourmates.
