wouldn't it be easier to just ask people proof of what they are claiming before help is given? ,see to many wind ups on here and people taking their time to help when no help is really needed

What this is clearly aimed at me , I am NOT lying , this had actually happened to my family member , please grow up-2

In the case of account lockings or closures, nobody on this forum could give meaningful 'advice' without knowing the full facts, and publishing these on an open forum is obviously not sensible. But even if we had full, verifiable, facts from the alleged victim, we'd never have the facts from the bank, which form an important part of the jigsaw. Therefore any 'advice', however well meant, is meaningless and makes not a blind bit of difference to the outcome of genuine cases.
That aside, the windups have recently all come from the same person. Don't give them the oxygen.3 -
Don’t be so bitter @colsten , if you both got the balls to say then say it on my thread.
because you’re trying to tarr me with somebody else’s brush we’ll think wrong.Because I’ve only joined to get advice and helping other people with there situations as I’m a kind and helpful person.
stay safe and I wish you well 👍🏼-4 -

And two , he commented on my forum and was being a troll as per. I’ve noticed these two always troll people when other people are in the mud and in trouble and in need of some help with some situations what’s going on with there banks ..-1 -

(i couldn't see how to add a poll for some reason)Since it's impossible to provide proof in this medium (images can be photoshopped), asking for proof is pointless.Far better to have a standard response asking for further details, and pointers to help, along with a reassurance that the monies are usually released eventually.

In defence , we do have a regular rejoiner under multiple user IDs who posts the same every time " help my account is frozen"
But there is zero anybody can do or advise you on here , it's totally in the hands of the bank and their fraud department. For whatever reasons the banks ( quite sophisticated) fraud detection software has red flagged the account. The banks , for obvious reasons, don't publish what criteria they use to identify fraudulent activityEx forum ambassador
