    It’s saying I have submitted maximum number of entries but I haven’t submitted any this week. I did all 60 last week but I thought this was a weekly thing you had to enter?

    It's 60 entries in total for the duration of the competition.

    As karen said, its 60 for the entire competition. The sooner you enter, the more draws you are in. You're now in every upcoming draw.
