No I don't think it's quite the same. By the sound of things with this comp you don't have to remember / say a certain amount if they call you. And I think whether you enter once or 60 times, you're in for every draw, whereas with CR you had to enter again every time the draw was won.mersey said:Same as cash register, but different name.?5 -

Your chance will always be one. So, why making us enter so many times... 60 ? I can understand they make you enter three times in case you typo when write your phone/name so you have other two chances but 60 ? I find it cruel, plain and simple. Maybe there is an obscure reason that I can't fathom to understand...If you know it, I'm all ears...Sincerely ...Anyhow, Best of Luck to all of you, whatever the amount !Thanks to those who help us to win !

Many people never read the terms and conditions so they won’t know they’ve got 60 potential entries.marialionza said:cagsd said:

As you can see above many people don’t read / understand/ misunderstand conditions of entry even when they belong to a comping forum.
Some people don’t have the time or inclination to enter 60 times.
All these things are in your favour and not in theirs.
So if you enter 60 times you have maximum possibility of winning as opposed to some of the other people who enter.
But you are quite right you only need one entry to win - best of luck to you all and may the comping fairy be good to you all next year10 -

Some people may enter once (or twice or five times) on a daily basis. 60 is the maximum total over the whole period that the competition runs (I think) rather than 60 entries per day. If folk enter by text at £2 per shot that is a lot better income than 3 attempts in total, so that could be a reason. (Though why anyone enters by text is beyond me....)marialionza said:cagsd said:

I think the only reason is EGO. Btw it is 60 total, not daily. If you have a chance to get hold of £200,000 free of tax, you bet people are going to enter 60 times for free. If you enter once and that entry is a winner is just good luck not the average. Thanks to those who help us to win !

            Morning all,
I’ve read the terms and conditions but could someone please clarify about the 60 entries: can I literally enter 60 times one after the other on day one or is it spread out over the course of the competition length (eg 2 a day)?
Thanks in advance!3 -

Thanks in advance!I do spread them, but it is really up to you. The important bit is to respect the given amount otherwise you risk to be excluded even if the form accepts your extra entries. Only the announced extra entries are valid. For the rest, the amount is what it says 60.Best of Luck !
