I have had no claims on my motor insurance for over 30 years. So when I ask for a quote I always choose the highest number. On my schedule it says 15 years NCB, but my renewal says 9 years. On the same sheet of paper that says I have 15 years it says that the most they recognize is 5 years. Am I the only one who finds this all confusing? Can I have problems saying I have 30 years when my renewal only says 9 which looks like it will say 5 the next time I renew?
