Are there any over 40 Lifetime ISA equivalents?

I’m a first time buyer trying to save a deposit and just found out lifetime ISAs exist, but because I’m over 40 I’m not eligible.
I tried looking online to see if there were any government equivalents but couldn’t see anything. Does anyone know of any, or perhaps other similar opportunities I could invest in that deliver similar to Lifetime ISAs please?

I'm afraid not, the Help-to-buy ISA was available to those over 40, but these are no longer available to new customers. There is the Help-to-buy equity loan scheme, but this is quite different from the Government giving you a free top-up to your savings.gallop23 said:I’m a first time buyer trying to save a deposit and just found out lifetime ISAs exist, but because I’m over 40 I’m not eligible.I tried looking online to see if there were any government equivalents but couldn’t see anything.
