Are there any over 40 Lifetime ISA equivalents?

Options
I’m a first time buyer trying to save a deposit and just found out lifetime ISAs exist, but because I’m over 40 I’m not eligible.

I tried looking online to see if there were any government equivalents but couldn’t see anything. Does anyone know of any, or perhaps other similar opportunities I could invest in that deliver similar to Lifetime ISAs please?

I'm afraid not, the Help-to-buy ISA was available to those over 40, but these are no longer available to new customers. There is the Help-to-buy equity loan scheme, but this is quite different from the Government giving you a free top-up to your savings.
