Missold.a business contract

What happens when o2 has missold a business SIM only monthly contract? I'm changing this contract and just found out today it is a business contract. I never knew. Was contract I got for my dad a couple years ago. I pay the monthly bill

    What loss have you suffered?

    I think the OP means that they were sold a business contract thinking it was a consumer contract....that is the alleged 'mis-selling'.
