Underfloor heating
Comments

Unsure if any help, but our underfloor eating is set for 2 hours in morning and 2 at night.
When it clicks off after aprox 2 hours in morning its about 19.?c . However even though the heating is turned off the temp creeps up to around 20-21 by midday.
Check your room stat as someone has said. turn the kitchen of while testing. you have request lights on controller and also pressure gauges for each zone so should be able to see if its pumping/flowing.
What type of flooring is in the kitchen and what type is in the Livingroom ? Different types conduct heat at different rates..0 -
your system looks very much like mine, Pollypipe
I had similar issues as you and contacted Pollypipe via the telephone help tech line. they very soon analysed that the system was communicating OK and the issue was the Valve not opening, I forced it open and it has worked OK since. It seems there are some valves out there with known issues.1 -
Thanks for all your replies. The person who installed the underfloor heating is not being helpful at all.
Another person who I have contacted thinks the issue may be with boiler not coping with th3 underfloor heating. We have ideal logic 30c boiler. Can this boiler be an issue. The kitchen one is working fine.
Another option is to change the bowls anf see if it works costing £270

Can this boiler be an issue.I would doubt it - https://www.boilerguide.co.uk/productinfo/ideal/logic-combi-c30-gas-boiler <<..............the Logic C24 is suited to properties with around 10 radiators and a single bathroom as well as an en suite.>>It's probably the valve that's either stuck or not getting signal
Sorry, please explain - change what bowls?superM said:Another option is to change the bowls anf see if it works costing £270
