When you state "comes on when it wants to" what do you mean?  Do you mean that you have selected it to come on via the control system, set a temperature but nothing happens?  Is it electrical or a wet system fed by the boiler.  One of your pictures shows a heatmiser with only one red light showing.  Is that normal, do they indicate zones?

    As a farmer, I can tell it's a wet system :)
Most wet systems are better left on all the time otherwise, it takes too long to warm up each time you activate it.
One more issue we have had in the past is that the temperature has been too high, so the thermal overload cuts off and won't cut back in till we are frozen!
    What does the Heatmiser do?

Yes.  When when I switch it on, nothing happens heatmiser. When I siwtch kitchen one on the boiler icon lights.  Yes that would undicate only 1 zone is on. In the kitchen there is only 1 zone.

Heatmiser does nothing when I put living room swich on.  What is the normal temperature.  I have put that on the above pictures.

sounds like you have a control problem, with either the thermostat, UFH control centre, the zone actuators, or the wiring in-between
    try this:
turn the kitchen on, 1 out of 3 of the zone actuators should pop up after 5 mins,
now just remove the other 2 actuators completely (heres a link to a youtube vid. I know thats not the exact same type, but all of them I have ever come across are designed to be removed easily with no special tools)
this will override the controls, and the living room should heat up as long as the kitchen thermostat is calling for heat
if it does that confirms you have a control problem, and you need an electrician to sort, not a plumber

IIRC - ours used to cut out over about 55
Have you tried just leaving it on all the time? Try to remember that it's not like a wall radiator at 60+C (?) which can heat the room in a couple of hours. You need to heat the whole concrete (?) floor slab to ~40C which then heats the room, which can take half a day

    Are the room stats battery
We had issues with ours when batteries were low, they were more than 2 years old though.

That particular heatmiser unit is a hard wired unit, the wireless version has a different reference on the front.

Worth checking the controller as people fiddle with them, and the neostats can be difficult to understand.

Some stats are battery powered with wired switching.

True - I'm so used to just using the neostats with the heatmiser controls that I forget there's other much more basic stats out there still.

OP - perhaps you could post a photo of the room stat, as it's likely to be an issue with the controls rather than the pipework anyway.
