Does anyone have a TSB debit card with the new 'portrait' orientation card design? Just wondering if they've started issuing these yet.

I received a new Visa debit card last week to replace my soon-to-expire one and it's identical - i.e. the old version.0

I received a new card 2 weeks ago and it was the old design. It should be soon as the new card is present in all there current marketing campaigns.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

I got a new one a week ago. The application, confirmation and info sheet all had the vertical design - I got the old version with all the silver embossed already rubbed off.
Do people really use TSB as their main bank? All their products seem to lack some element of quality control.

I recently opened a TSB account (I had some savings in a Loqbox account which I couldn't withdraw fee-free unless I opened an account with someone from their affiliation scheme). TBH, the application and account opening process felt quite smooth, I was given my account number and sort code online right away and card / other details arrived in the post within a few days, mobile app seems well polished too.
I won't be moving my main banking to them as I'm building my history with Nationwide - who I will be applying to for a mortgage in a couple of years but if it weren't for that I see no reason why I'd be unhappy banking with them. Their telephone reps seem quite on it as well.
This was on 21st December. Card had the old design on it when it arrived.0 -
