Haha, they REALLY do not like that reply! So happy that people are still using it sometimes, for cases where the claims are meritless in every way.
The £900 counterclaim threat has worked more than once to shut up DCBLegal but keep all paperwork just in case they come back.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have a similar situation with DCBL/CP Plus (groupnexus) and my family also thought the boys would be coming round. My daughter was even trying to work out where to hide her Macbook!
It may be a pedantic point but on my paperwork the obvious and unwarranted threats of the words 'bailiffs' and 'can't pay we'll take it away' were only on the DCB Ltd letters, not the DCB Legal letters?
