Smart tv won't connect to wifi

I bought a digihome smart tv but when I try to connect to the BT hub it says authorization failed or no Internet. Does the same to my mobile hot-spot (android Huawei on 3) but will connect to mobile hot-spot on iPhone on o2.
I want it on my bt hub so if anyone has a solution I'd be grateful.

If the hub has smart setup switched on , try disabling it.2
