Going 'MultiGenerational' & Selling 2 Properties Advice needed

  • What did the other nearby properties sell for compared to your asking prices?
At the end of the day it always comes down to price.
With regard to the 3bed. A property across the road sold for 240, though that has a larger rear garden, and upstairs over a carport. A property in the same block sold for 185 over 18 months ago, with loft room.
The 2 bed house: 2 in the same block have sold for 145, and 156 - both were 'ready to move in' - on the pictures...

On the face of it 3 bedroom end of terrace house for sale in Plantation Close, Beverley HU17 0QJ, HU17 (rightmove.co.uk) is far more appealing than yours... but I don't know the area.... Sorry!
By comparison - and the same agents recommendation, that house is a lot smaller, garden and car parking. *shrug* But yes more appealing and I see your point.
I don't think we'll be bringing in Ringo and Liam :D but there are some things we can do. A new agent, some alterations here and there.  Thank you for all of your comments and suggestions.

Changing agents won`t make any difference, people can see it online and they can read the price, most agents will just be trying to stay afloat after stamp duty comes back anyway IMO, start at 150k with this one, see what interest that brings.
