You'll need a business account - because you are running a business and the bank will soon cotton on to that......#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Depending on how big or small your business is, a sole trader account at Starling might fit your bill?0

You don't need a business account if it is just one property that you are letting out0

Sorry it was badly phrased - I was just assuming the op had just one property
I have let out a property on buy to let for many many years and switched bank accounts several times for incentives etc and have always asked the new bank 'i am getting £x each month paid in from a letting agent to my current account do I need a business account' and they have always said no...
The letting agent deducts anything like repairs etc from the rental income and on the very odd occasion I need to pay for anything myself I just use my credit card0 -
Get an account that does not charge and does not really need minimum pay ins. As you don’t know your property will always have tenants.
on current market would consider virgin money.
